`@property`装饰器就是负责把一个方法变成属性

```python
class Student(object):

    @property
    def birth(self):
        return self._birth

    @birth.setter
    def birth(self, value):
        self._birth = value

    @property
    def age(self):
        return 2014 - self._birth
```

上面的`birth`是可读写属性，而`age`就是一个**只读**属性，因为`age`可以根据`birth`和当前时间计算出来。
