面试：算法工程师

> ​ 意料之中的事情吧，去的时候就是抱着积极面对面试机会的心态，无论怎么被虐，都是一次宝贵机会。今年算法招聘非常激烈，招的也非常少，同学在外面算法实习的都留不下来。我自己又确实没有什么出色的东西。学历？论文？奖项？大厂实习？都没有。更何况基本功也一般般，单凭自己的热情吗？

> ​ 才实习辞职完几天，国庆陪厦门、深圳来的朋友玩了3天，前前后后准备了不过10天吧，很多算法并没有刷，面试让手写的算法没有遇到过，虽然我想出来了，用了递归，但是面试官后面让我不用递归再写，结果写的很一般，后面才知道，这是网上动态规划原题。

> ​ 不过这样我是服气的，我确实准备的不够充分，说到这，其实是有的后悔之前出去实习的，并没有学到什么东西，虽然那边愿意留下我，我当初去实习也是抱着希望留下，提前拿到校招心态去的，可是实习中，我个人感觉并不是想留下来。
>
> ​ 世间万物，不变的只有变化吧，好好积累，不浮躁，希望以后能变的更加强大。
